Product Description

This system is available in 15 MPa and 20 MPa pressure ratings. IG-541 is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-conductive, and “green” compressed gas mixture of naturally occurring nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide. It has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0 and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 0. It extinguishes fire by reducing oxygen concentration to below 15%, using total flooding to suppress Class A surface fires, Class B flammable liquid fires, and energized electrical equipment fires in enclosed spaces.   Primarily used for fire protection in metro electrical equipment rooms, computer rooms, data processing centers, telecommunications facilities, high-value medical facilities, museums and art galleries, libraries, archives, emergency power facilities, and cleanrooms.
